Side effects of sleeping aids
If you don't have enough sleep you wake up feeling groggy, drowsy or tired. Other side effects may include urinary retention, blurred vision, palpitations and dizziness. Yes, sleeping pills may help you to get asleep but your body will build tolerance and you may find that you need to increase your dose to attain the same effect if you continue to take it. You may be tempted to increase your dosage, but this is not advised as it may have detrimental effects on your health.
Please consult first to a doctor for any advice before taking any sleep aids either natural or the prescribed one.
