I’ve been using a natural, organic baking soda toothpaste for 5 months now and

both look and feel great. The reason that baking soda whitens you teeth is that the cleaning particles (baking soda) are very small and therefore gets into smaller spaces. You can see the effect fast but don’t expect sparking

These spots that are made of colored substances (from coffee, tea white etc) that are coming out of smaller spaces that have never been cleaned properly before. You an actually peel it off or it will simple come off by it self.You can imagine that

Baking soda is abrasive and therefore I’ve chosen to use a product from a company that I have very good experience with.I don’t think I would risk brushing

my teeth

with just baking soda as destroyed enamel can not be restored. Other ways to naturally white your teeth are lemon and strawberries. I would NOT recommend try that as the acid is very bad for your enamel.
