Complications that a hot flash can bring when it bothers someone as they sleep

A research shows that in the late afternoon, early evening and in the middle of the night is when hot flash is mostly common. But hot flash can bring more serious complications when it bothers you as you sleep soundly during the night. This can lead to fatigue and difficulty in concentrating on day time. Providentially, these symptoms do not last long and a normal pattern is usually re-established as the body becomes more accustomed to its declining hormonal levels.

Sleeping problems can be avoided to assure you that you'll have a good night sleep like avoid taking alcohol or caffeinated substances, do some daily exercises, take a warmth bath before you retire for the night, try eating a banana or other foods that are rich in carbohydrates and eat some yogurt or drink your milk before going to sleep.
